Include your repair ticket number inside the package.

Only send the removable circuit board unless instructed otherwise.
Do not ship the entire appliance or equipment.

Remove any batteries and detachable accessories.

 Proper packaging prevents shipping damage and speeds intake.

1. Place the board inside an anti-static bag (preferred)
    
2. Wrap with bubble wrap
    
3. Use a sturdy box
    
4. Prevent movement inside the box
    

Avoid padded envelopes for large or fragile boards.

 Include a note with:

• Name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Repair ticket number
• Description of the problem or error code

This allows faster processing when the board arrives.

 Any major carrier may be used, including:

• UPS
• FedEx
• USPS

We recommend a trackable shipping service.

After the board arrives:

• You will receive arrival confirmation
• The board will be evaluated
• A repair quote will be sent after diagnosis
