Repair Process & Turnaround

ArmorTech Labs follows a structured intake, diagnosis, and repair workflow so service teams know what to expect when sending a circuit board for evaluation. The process is designed to provide clear communication and predictable timelines.

How the Repair Process Works

1. Submit a Repair Request

 Complete the online repair request form and provide equipment information, board numbers, and photos if available. After submission you will receive a confirmation email and instructions for shipping. 

2. Ship the Board

 Remove the circuit board from the equipment and package it securely. Include your contact information and any symptoms or error codes observed. 

3. Intake & Confirmation

 When the board arrives, it is logged into our system and assigned a repair ticket. You will receive confirmation that your board has been received. 

4. Diagnosis & Evaluation

 The board is inspected and tested to determine the cause of failure and whether repair is feasible. 

5. Quote & Approval

 You will receive a repair quote after diagnosis. Repair work begins only after approval. 

6. Repair & Testing

 Failed components are replaced and the board is tested to verify restored operation. 

7. Return Shipment

The repaired board is packaged and returned with tracking information.

Typical Turnaround Times

 Diagnosis:
24–48 hours after arrival

Standard Repair:
Typically completed within 3–5 business days after approval

Return Shipping:
Tracking information is provided when the repair ships

Turnaround time may vary depending on part availability and board condition.

Rush Service

Expedited service may be available for urgent equipment downtime. Indicate rush service on your repair request and we will advise availability after intake.

Communication During Repair

 You will receive communication at key stages:

• Arrival confirmation
• Diagnosis and quote
• Repair completion
• Shipment tracking

Our goal is to ensure you always know the status of your equipment electronics.

If a Board Cannot Be Repaired

 Some boards may have extensive damage, unavailable components, or conditions preventing reliable restoration. If repair is not feasible, you will be notified after diagnosis and the board can be returned.

No repair is performed without approval.
