ArmorTech Labs evaluates circuit boards using a structured diagnostic approach intended to identify the cause of failure and restore reliable operation. Our focus is not simply replacing parts, but verifying that the electronic circuit functions correctly before return shipment. Each board is handled, tracked, and processed through an organized workflow from intake through shipment.
Upon arrival, boards are visually inspected and electrically evaluated to determine failure conditions. The evaluation process may include:
• Inspection for physical damage or contamination
• Short and overcurrent checks
• Power rail verification
• Component testing and isolation
• Connector and solder joint inspection
This evaluation allows us to determine whether repair is feasible and what components have failed.
After approval, failed components are replaced and affected areas are restored. Where feasible, functional checks are performed to confirm operation before shipment.
Verification steps may include:
• Power-up validation
• Output response checks
• Circuit stability verification
• Post-repair inspection
The objective is to return a board that operates reliably in service conditions.
Upon request, a summary of the repair findings can be provided. This may include the identified failure and components replaced.
Providing failure information helps service technicians understand underlying issues and prevent repeat failures when possible.
Each board is assigned a repair ticket number and tracked throughout the process. From arrival to shipment, the board remains associated with the assigned repair record to prevent misidentification or loss.
Repairs include a 90-day limited warranty on replaced components and repaired circuit areas under normal operating conditions.
The warranty does not cover:
• External electrical faults
• Lightning or surge damage
• Liquid or environmental damage after repair
• Installation errors
• Failures unrelated to the repaired area
If a warranted issue occurs, contact us with your ticket number for evaluation.
If a board cannot be reliably repaired due to severe damage or unavailable components, you will be notified after evaluation. Repair work is never performed without approval.
Our goal is to provide dependable repair so your equipment can return to service as quickly as possible.
